General Natter Whatsapp Group Rules 

The General Natter WhatsApp group was created so the community can chat and connect outside of the security groups. As such there is likely to be some chatter during working hours and late at night. If you find this to be intrusive please mute the group.

Participants are reminded that there are specific groups for security and emergencies which are monitored by the WNCP control room. Please use them for this purpose. To be added to your street security group email your full name, mobile number and address to info@wncp.org.za 

The following are prohibited:

• Political and religious posts

• Posts of crime scenes, suspects or information about police activities including road-blocks etc.

• Racism, sexism, homophobia and other forms of intolerance.

• Pornography

Should any content be placed on the group, deemed not to be in adherence, the poster will be removed from the group.

Excessive advertising will be deemed to be spam and is not allowed. Advertising posts, once per day is considered reasonable.

A warning will be issued before suspension. The suspension period will depend on the severity of the offence at discretion of admins. Serious misconduct may result on immediate and permanent removal.
